When WBJEE 2023 was held on April 30 of last year, registration had already started in the fourth week of December.

An Indian national or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) is required to apply to WBJEE. Only open seats in the entire India quota would be available to OCI candidates. Candidates must have completed Class 12 or its equivalent, or they must be applying for it.
