The following points should be considered when filling out the choice
forms:

To fill their choices effectively, students should prioritise colleges in
descending order based on their preferences. By considering the opening and
closing ranks of colleges from previous years, students can understand the
trends in college selection. It is advisable for students to include college
branches ranked below the closing rank of previous years according to their
interests and college priority list based on their rank. Before filling the
colleges during JoSAA counselling, students should create a paper-based list
of their preferred colleges and make informed decisions online to avoid
mistakes. It is crucial for students to thoroughly review their choices
before locking them, as changes will not be possible after the locking
process
