Eligibility Criteria
To get admitted in a tech college and pursue engineering, one must pass Class XII in science stream. The student must have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as their major subjects in Class XII. Also, candidates must score at least 50% of marks in Class XII for being eligible for admission in an engineering college. However, students belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ ST may have the relaxation of up to 5% in the minimum qualifying marks. This information may differ on exam-to-exam basis.
Counselling process
After a candidate gets qualified for a seat in an engineering college, with his/her score in respective examinations, he/she is then called to appear in the college premises for counselling process and seat allotment.
