Finally the wait is over. National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET 2021 results. The exam was conducted on 12th September 2021 and around 16.5 lakhs students registered for the exam, while 15 lakh students actually took the exam. Thus, the competition for seats in good medical colleges is as high as ever. 

To get access of results, students would need to login at NTA official website (neet.nta.nic.in). The result is in the form of a score card and it will have the information like score, percentile score, All-India rank, cut off and much more. Along with the result, NTA also announces the cut-off percentile of NEET, for General & General EWS is fifty percentile and it is forty percentile for OBC/SC/ST. And the admission to Medical colleges will be decided on the basis of the rank and percentile obtained in the NEET exam. The admission to the courses like MBBS and BDS will depend on student’s NEET results, choices of colleges filled, seats available, reservation criteria, and other factors. The counseling (State & National level) will be conducted now that the results are declared. 

National Testing Agency (NTA) has also released the final answer key along with the results. The final answer key is prepared on the basis of objections raised by the candidates. The answer key can be checked on neet.nta.nic.in

How to check your NEET score?

  • Click on neet.nta.nic.in
  • Enter your Application number
  • Enter your Date of Birth
  • Enter the Security Pin
  • Click on SUBMIT
  • The Result will be displayed on the screen

NTA has also announced the toppers list for NEET. NEET 2021 has three students with AIR 1: Mrinal Kutteri, Tanmay Gupta and Karthika G Nair.
