While the percentile threshold for NEET score is announced simultaneously with the results.The NEET cutoff varies by category. To pass the offline entrance exam, candidates must achieve the NEET qualifying marks, percentiles, and scores. The cutoff for General category candidates in NEET MBBS/BDS is 50th, whereas the cutoff for OBC, SC, and ST candidates is 40th. Aspirants who intend to pursue MBBS/BDS in another country must pass the NEET test and achieve the NEET cut off percentile and marks.

In 1842, the Goa Medical College was founded. In 1963, the college was renamed Goa Medical College, and it is now based in Bambolim. The college was previously associated with BombayUniversity, but since 1986 has been affiliated with Goa University. They provide programs like MBBS, MD General Medicine, MD Anaesthesiology, MD Pharmacology, MD Psychiatry, MD Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases, MS General Surgery, MD Forensic Medicine, MD Obstetrics and Gynecology, MD Physiology, MD Preventive and Social Medicine, MS Ophthalmology, MD Biochemistry, MS Anatomy, MS ENT, PG Dipl ENT, PG Dipl ENT, PG Diploma.

Total Seats here are:

180 students for MBBS and 60 seats for paramedical students which are selected through NEET UG. It also has 86 seats for PG courses in which 50% is by All India Quota.

Courses here are:

Undergraduate course: MBBS is the course that extends for at least a period of 4 1/2 years followed by 1 year of compulsory rotational internship.
