The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be releasing the answer key of NEET UG 2021 soon at the official website NEET, neet.nta.nic.in. The official date of release is not yet announced but it is expected to be announced any time soon. The official answer key released by NTA will help candidates to analyse their exam performance and also in knowing their probable score. 

All the candidates will be able to download the official answer key of all four sets by logging in to the applicant portal by providing essential details like Application number, date of birth, etc. Candidates will also be able to challenge the answer key within a specific period. They can challenge by paying a fee of INR 1000 per question. Later the final answer key will be announced after considering the challenges made by candidates and all other factors. There is no confirmation regarding the date of result declaration for NEET UG 2021. However, it is expected that with the declaration of the answer key, the result date will also be announced. It is advised to visit the official page of NTA for regular updates regarding the same. 

NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration

Before the declaration of results, candidates are required to complete their Phase 2 registration process. Phase 2 registration is equally important and needs to be completed with utmost sincerity. The candidates who fail to complete their phase 2 registration will not be eligible for admission to the courses which they had earlier applied for. Start date for the registration is expected to be out by the end of September. The whole process including the submission of details and documents will later be concluded online before the declaration of results.

The Phase 2 registration is a continuation of your NEET UG 2021 registration of phase 1. You will be required to provide some additional details and documents in order to complete your registration. The application process has been divided into two sets/phases for the easy flow of the submission of candidate’s application. Out of these, phase 1, which required the submission of essential information in order to apply for the exam, is already completed. To register you will have to login to the official website of NTA using the same login credentials you used earlier during Phase 1 registration. 

List of Documents required to be submitted

The list of documents which are required to be submitted during the Phase 2 registration process is mentioned below.

  • Class 10th certificate
  • Class 12th certificate (or equivalent)
  • Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • PwD/ Handicapped Certificate (if applicable)
  • Candidate’s passport size photograph (the required measures of the same will be provided on the website)
  • Signature
  • Thumb Impression

There will not be any additional registration fee for the Phase 2 registration. Candidates are required to successfully complete their registration by providing required documents and details within time.
